  3. Stains caused by: Dyes (some food and beverages, shoe polish, and inks), bleaches (skin medication, drain cleaners, plant food, urine stains and insecticides), acids, unauthorized spotting agents, pre-existing conditions, abuse, abnormal use or disasters such as floods or fires.

  4. Cleaning methods other than those recommended by the carpet manufacturer or The Cleaning Solution

NNote:  The Cleaning Solution will spot clean the area(s) and retreat it with Spillguard Carpet Protector, but will not clean and retreat the entire carpet. If normal soiling has occurred and spot removal is performed, cleaner areas may result. We have no control over differences in the carpets appearance. Please refer to the terms and existing warranties you have on your carpet. 

This warranty is only valid if The Cleaning Solution is contacted within 24 hours of mishap.
